Hurricane Ian hit Florida Sept. 28, 2022, followed a couple weeks later by Tropical Storm Nicole, which turned into a Cat. 1 hurricane, on November 12. The TIKI FREAKS crew flew into Florida that week from across the country to attend different weddings–the timing couldn’t have been worse! Our luggage was lost, our flights diverted and canceled, the power was out, and our hotels screwed…So, naturally, what did we do ? Mixed tiki drinks, of course!
